   I saw one of these when I was a kid in the United States and it looked like it was riding on a broom or something and there was no way it was attached to a cable between hills or some shit like some people said in the comments here because where I lived at the time has pretty much no hills, especially none high enough to attach it to a cable at the altitude it was at.

    supposly the cop said that it attacked him and tried to abduct him and he kept backing up with his car and hit a wall then went unconsous. then test showed that the cop wasnt on drugs,suffered from mental problems, didnt drink anything but was in a deep state of shock. i dont really know what would happen its not like we can shoot them or capture them
